Olivia Chang

Head of Accounting and Finance

Olivia Chang is a business leader with nearly 20 years of experience establishing and growing companies and financial departments at multiple organizations. Her ability to create structure out of ambiguity has guided her career to specializing in supporting start-up and high growth companies.

Prior to joining VETmAb BIO, Olivia served in roles ranging from Controller to CFO for advertising and marketing agencies and R&D companies in the Biotech industry. Although she focuses primarily on Finance and Accounting, she is a jack-of-all trades and can support internal functions from Operations to Human Resources, as needed.

Olivia completed her undergraduate degree at Northwestern University with a B.A. in Cognitive Science and earned her M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago, IL.

Olivia currently lives in San Diego, CA with her family and her four-legged furry friend, a black chinchilla named Cinder.
